I started as a 5:06 miler and an 18:26 5K runner. Over 13+ years, I cut that down to a 4:07 mile and sub-15:00 5K — becoming a 10× All-American and a National Champion at Marian University along the way. Now I'm training post-collegiately with my sights set on breaking 4:00 in the mile.

I know what it's like to chase PRs, fight through injuries and setbacks, and grind through the training it takes to truly transform. I'm still competing myself — which means I can run with you, pace you, and push you in workouts.

Not at all. I coach runners of all levels — from someone lacing up for their first race to competitive athletes chasing PRs. What matters isn't your current fitness level, it's that you're serious about improving and willing to put in the work. If that's you, we're a good fit.

An app gives you a generic plan. I give you a coach. I know your goals, your schedule, your injury history, and how you respond to training. When life gets busy or something isn't working, I adjust. No app does that. And at $39/month, there's no reason to settle for a one-size-fits-all solution.

Yes — the majority of coaching is fully remote through Final Surge, Zoom, and messaging, so your location doesn't matter. In-person sessions are available as an add-on for athletes in the Indianapolis area, but they're never required.

Yes. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. If it's not working for you, you can cancel anytime. My goal is to earn your commitment every month — not lock you into one.

Final Surge is the platform I use to deliver your training. You'll see your full workout calendar, log your runs, upload GPS data, and receive notes and feedback from me — all in one place. It's free for athletes to use and takes about 5 minutes to set up.
